Emily House has one queen bedroom and toilet downstairs along with separate airconditioned formal lounge, family room and very large gourmet kitchen with walk in pantry.  The French Doors downstairs lead to the extensive wrap around porch which is the perfect spot for Breakfast.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, main with Ensuite and a his and hers walk in robe along with a family bathroom to service the other two bedrooms.  The French Doors then takes you out to the 2nd floor wrap around verandah which is ideal to enjoy a morning coffee.
